If you change your mind after making a purchase on our website, please be reminded that we will not be entirely required to provide a refund or replacement. Please make your decision carefully, before you complete your purchase for refunds will something not be provided where your refund request is base on you simply changing your mind. Return or Refunds Overview
At Engage4X4.com.au, we want to make your Cancellation or Return as easy as possible. Refund Request must be mail to us within (14) days after the delivery of the goods. The item must be in the same condition it was in prior to shipment in order to receive a refund. If 14 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, Engage4X4.com.au wont be able to offer you a refund or return.
Meaning, After 14 days Engage4X4.com.au will not be liable and a refund or return cannot be processed
Conditions for Returned item:
Buyers who wish to request a refund must contact the Engage4X4.com.au 14 days after delivery by emailing us at support@Engage4X4.com.au. below are conditions to enjoy a full refund benefit
- Your cancellation and refund request needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
- Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.
- Customers are fully responsible for paying shipment costs.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Refund or return request must be mailed to Engage4X4.com.au within 14 days after goods delivery.
If your refund does not meet the above criteria, please send a message to us. Tell us which of the conditions you have not met, and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive your refund request in a situation that does not meet our refund criteria, we reserve the option not to do a refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be notified via e-mail of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have processed and approve your refund request.
Return & Refunds of Defective goods (if applicable)
For the return of defective goods, please contact us at contact@Engage4X4.com.au and provide photos/videos showing the defective goods.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your Refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
